Founded in 2005 by Rick Carter, Black Jack Ranch has grown from a quiet family operation into one of the Southeast’s most respected names in Wagyu seedstock and beef production. With over 400 head of cattle, world-ranked genetics, and a thriving farm-to-market storefront in Wiggins, Mississippi, the ranch is making bold moves to elevate the breed and bring premium Wagyu to more plates across the South.
